Peter Obi has characterized former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as his elder brother and leader.
Obi, who is running for president as part of the Labour Party in the upcoming 2023 election, made the comment while congratulating Atiku on his 77th birthday.
Specifically, he praised Atiku, the Peoples Democratic Party candidate, for his “unique role in deepening our nation’s democracy” and his many other accomplishments in Nigeria’s social, political, and economic progress.
