Job Title: Spa Manager

Job summary:
Spa manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a spa and ensuring that guests have a satisfying experience.
Job Responsibilities
Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising spa staff, including therapists, aestheticians, and receptionists.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer service and handling any guest complaints or concerns.
- Scheduling: Coordinating staff schedules and appointments to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability.
- Inventory Management: Ordering and maintaining inventory of products and supplies.
- Marketing and Sales: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Compliance: Ensuring the spa adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Facility Management: Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facilities and equipment.
- Service Development: Creating and updating the menu of services offered and keeping up with industry trends.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
•Certification or diploma in Spa Management is a plus.
•Proven experience as a spa manager or similar role.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
•Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
•Strong organizational and time management abilities.
•Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
•Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and spa management software.
